summer Movie Fun!

We have really enjoyed the summer movies this year. It is kind of hard for me to get everyone out of the house by 9, because I have been having such a hard time sleeping lately. I usually try to stay in bed as late as I can so I don't end up conking out in the afternoon when the kids need me and I have to drive everyone everywhere. But the kids have enjoyed being able to get out of the house at least once a week, so it is worth it. These poor kids don't get to have much fun while I have been so sick!





The older kids all take off when we get there so that they can sit with their cousins that are their age. They have seen many of the movies, so it is pretty much a social thing for them. So it is pretty much me and Bren the whole time. She likes to sit with her little group of baby cousins and play on the stairs, dance to the music, and create mayhem in general. There are only little kids and their moms there, so I don't really worry so much about causing a distraction.

Even though these kids generally fill up on popcorn and candy at the movies, there is always room for Krispy Kremes! You know how I can be about conserving gasoline, so since the theater is right next to the only Krispy Kreme in the area, we just have to take advantage of it!
